This is an engaging lesson that can be added to your Soft Skills course!
It uses a life like narrating avatar to guide the learner through a self exploration of their own communication style then explores the 4 primary communication styles most overtly used.
The lesson proceeds to explore these 4 primary communication styles, giving the learner ways to quickly identify how a person is communicating and then can learn ways to mirror their style.
People are inherently unique and have a mixed communication style. It can become challenging when communicating with other styles that are not similar to yourself. This challenge can become a road block, stalemate or lead to miscommuication.
Learning how to identify and adapt your style to match or accommodate the other style requires practice and the understanding of how to best communicate with different types. Changing the style of communication will enhance productivity and align objectives more clearly.
