TechSmith Camtasia was built from its powerful ability to create screencast video tutorials. The amazing software allows the editor to highlight and guide the user experience through a story, which in this case, is all about how to use SalesForce. After thousands of hours of usage, I consider myself an expert and extremely efficient with Camtasia yet I seem to learn new tricks weekly still!
